We were in dire need of remodelling two baths and replumbing our whole house.   We shopped several remodeling companies and Stonehenge was a big stand-out for organization, communication and responsiveness.  During the planning phase they had great attention to detail in drawing plans and extremely helpful in making tile and fixture choices.  Their office people are on top of it and responsive all through the process. The team lead (Bryan) managing the project onsite had an excellent build-process and was incredibly competent.  He addressed every issue we had immediately.  The carpenters, tile, glass and plumbing people that came into our home were trustworthy, respectful, and focused on quality work.   We've lived in Kingston for 10yrs and worked with roofing, concrete, carpenters, plumbers and Stonehenge is the best experience by far. Our outdated and dark kitchen needed an update. We reached out to Stonehenge for an estimate and ideas of what could be accomplished. We scheduled the install and then had design meetings with the team. We are thrilled with the kitchen, the work was performed in a timely manner, communication was great during the process and we were supported along the way. Working with the original cabinets and tile floor, we had new quartz counters, backsplash tile, professional range hood, oversized sink, under cabinet lighting and a pot filler installed. We love our new master bath!!! Virtually every aspect of this project was seamless, and we can't thank the team enough. Bryan and Arwen were wonderful to work with on the design, even helping me make some choices to balance my "dream bathroom" with our budget. Rick was an amazing project manager who kept us informed and the project on schedule. And their workmanship! Bryan and his crew worked hard to fix an issue we had in our beautiful shower system added by Stonehenge over 3 years ago! Bryan himself was the first one to tackle the fix hands on the first day. His expertise and ingenuity were evident throughout.

I'd seen Bryan's tilework on another project so when i discovered he had his own company I was happy to hire him for a reno on my three baths. I was off-site and somewhat desperate, since my first contractor had not been up to the job, and I worried the work could not be done in time. I've hired out a lot of reno projects and every one of them blew the schedule by some amount, and I'd learned to just accept that as the reality of construction work. However, he understood the issues and responded very quickly with a home visit and estimate. He proposed a design for me (at no additional cost) and got started within two weeks. His crew were very professional, careful to protect new carpets and paint, on time, and consistently worked full days. (These are also standards I've learned to live without- so great to get that level of professionalism!) They were flexible, using my available materials when possible but also sending out for custom vanity work.  He provided frequent updates with photos I could access online, so I always knew what issues came up and what my job status was. There was a moment with some plumbing problems but he responded immediately and had them fixed right away. He noted and offered to address some of the subpar work my first contractor completed, for little extra cost. Since I was not at home, I really appreciated that kind of diligence and attention to detail. I sincerely felt that he had a very high standard that he would uphold no matter what. He also very quickly responded to my texts when I had questions or concerns. All in all, he, his office assistants, and his site manager Rick, did an excellent job. I was very pleased with all of the work and communication. The final price was within 10% of the estimate and all charges were submitted with details. They hit the nail on all the important aspects of contractor work, with professionalism, detail, speed, and good communication as welcome highlights.  Their high quality of work, adherence to a reasonable schedule ( I made my deadline with time to spare) and very reasonable cost makes Stonehenge a rarity in the Kitsap area. I have since moved from the area, and I would seriously consider flying them out to re-do my kitchen! Highly recommend.

We could not be happier with our finished bathroom remodel project and our experience with Stonehenge Custom Tile and Bath.  Bryan, the company owner, made the initial design consultation visit to our home.  He listened to what we wanted and came up with a great plan that made much better use of our space.  The 3-D computer renderings of our project provided by Arwen helped us make informed decisions and get a feel for the finished project.  Rick Sparkman, the project manager, coordinated the work of all the outstanding craftsmen involved in the project.  He kept us informed on a daily basis of who would be at our house and the work they would be completing.  He also stopped by each day to check on progress and the quality of work. When we brought a few minor issues to his attention; they were dealt with quickly and without question.  Our dog Bernie will miss his daily visits. We have to give a shout out to Michael and Chris for their outstanding carpentry work and Gabe and Josh for their beautiful tile work. Rick was the best project manager. He was on top of all the issues. He anticipated all my wants and needs and he made sure he kept us in the loop and updated every day. My professional career was in project management, and I want to say Rick met all my expectations for managing this remodel.
All the guys who work each part of the job were courtesy, professional and timely. I can't remember all their names, but please tell them GREAT JOB!.
